Connect with your innate sense of ease with this steady Vinyasa practice. Begin with a long warm-up to open the shoulders, wrists, elbows, hips, feet, ankles, and knees. Then find space in Down Dog, and begin to flow followed by Breath of Fire to clear your system of any stagnant energy. Peak poses include Chair, Squat Twists, and Pigeon Pose.
