Show your body and mind a little self-love with this well-rounded Vinyasa class. Begin seated and gently massage your body to release tension and generate blood flow from head to toe. Flow through a modified Sun Salutation, adding gentle twists to open up the back and side body. Find Bridge Pose and legs-up-the-wall before releasing into a self-loving Savasana.
