Inner Abode Hatha - Preview
This Hatha class focuses on quieting the mind, strengthening your core, and bringing attention to the inner body aspect of your practice in addition to the outer. Warm up with shoulder-openers and mild twists, then core strengthening poses like Chair and Side Angle to Triangle. Finish with cooling Moon Salutations to close out your practice.
