This Kundalini class helps facilitate presence, healing, and connection to your deepest self through breathwork and dynamic movement. Start with a brief warm-up, followed by Breath of Fire with arm circles to expand your energy, then ground your body with Bow Pose and squats. Finish your practice with a meditation on love.
