Breath & Movement Flow - Preview

This mild Vinyasa flow focuses on linking your breath to movement. Begin with a Box Breathing exercise to calm the nervous system, then a slow movement sequence to activate the core followed by warming Sun Salutations. Peak in a back bend and finish in restorative Supta Baddha Konasana, or Reclined Bound Angle Pose with focused breathing. This class was previously streamed on July 19, 2021.
