Embodied Harmony Flow - Preview

The heart center is the balancing point between the upper chakras and lower chakras, this Vinyasa flow focuses on bringing awareness back to our heart’s center to balance our energy and bring our attention to our body rather than our thoughts. Peak poses include Tree Pose, Warrior II, Low Lunge Twist, Camel, and then Rabbit Pose. This class was previously streamed on July 15, 2021.
