Mental Reset Flow - Preview

This Vinyasa practice features steady movement with minimal postures and a heavy focus on Sama Vritti Pranayama, a calming breathing technique used to quiet the mind. Note that this flow does not include any Down Dogs, Up Dogs, or Chaturangas. Begin seated and focusing on your inhales and exhales, then Sun Salutations, Table Top Cat-Cows, Tiger Curl Pose, Half Monkey Pose, then Pigeon Prep and supine Spinal Twists.
