This Vinyasa class improves mobility and flexibility in the outer hips, hip flexors, and hamstrings using active, passive, and facilitated stretches in a variety of poses. Peak poses include Tree, Eagle, Single-Legged Mountain Pose, and Half Moon Pose. Finish class in a supine twist variation with quad and outer hip stretches for a final release.
