This Vinyasa class is designed to challenge you, not with the poses, but by cultivating a strong connection to your breath. Begin by deepening your breath, then use it to create space and guide you through a few simple Sun Salutations. This long flowing sequence includes Revolved Lunge, Reverse Warrior II, Triangle, Eagle, and Dancer’s Pose. Wind down with Seated Forward Bend, a supine twist, and Savasana.
