Develop strength with this full-body workout that combines a stretchy yoga flow with strengthening Pilates exercises. Begin with a challenging warm-up of Plank to Pushups and Lunge to Standing Splits. Then move into a side-lying lower body series and final ab routine before a final stretch in Double Pigeon.
