This express class combines brisk cardio with targeted Pilates exercises to work your muscles, plus a final cool-down to stretch it all out. Warm-up with a series of Squats, cardio and hand weights to get your rate up. Keep it moving with lower-body exercises using a resistance band to target your glutes, hips, and thighs. Finish with an ab workout using the Pilates ball followed by a final stretch. This class was previously recorded on June 22, 2021.
