This low-intensity fusion class incorporates Pilates and Barre movements to strengthen, stretch, and tone your entire body. Move through a variety of low-impact exercises with optional ankle weights to kick things up in notch in your Plies, Squats, and Leg Extensions. Use a Pilates ball for core work and classic crunches followed by a soothing stretch session to round out your practice. This class was previously streamed on July 15, 2021. Props Suggested: 1-3 lb. ankle weights and a Pilates ball.
