Amp up your heart rate and build strength with this low-impact Pilates-inspired class. Incorporate a variety of props to hit those hard-to-reach muscles in lower-body standing exercises and mat ab work. Challenge yourself on blocks in Push-Ups and add ankle weights to a side-lying glute routine. Finish with a well-deserved stretch. This class was previously recorded on July 29, 2021.
