Cultivate inner tranquility as you create space in the body and maintain a calming breath. Begin by releasing tension in the hips and spine with stretches and twists to find your center. Then stretch and strengthen the lower body in a flow with Revolved Crescent, Warrior III, Lizard Pose, and Eagle Pose. Finish with Camel pose, Seated Forward Fold, and calming breathwork.
