Key combination exercise is a Dumbbell Snatch into Reverse Lunge with Dumbbell Press—don’t worry, Ridge will guide you through it, do what you can! Props Required: 1 set of 5, 8, or 10 lb. dumbbells (can substitute weight with cans, bottles, or household items).
