A foundational Vinyasa flow that focuses on how the core can support your practice. Use the anterior core in transitions and the rotational core for twists. Warm up with supine leg lifts and Forearm Plank, then flow through a Revolved Crescent Lunge and Revolved Chair sequence. Finish with Half Lord of the Fish Pose, Seated Forward Fold, and Reclined Bound Angle Pose. This class was previously recorded on June 21, 2021.
