This Vinyasa class focuses on short holds and steady breathing. Begin with Ujjayi Pranayama then move through a lunge-based Sun Salutation. Peak in Tree Pose and prone backbends. Release into Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend and a gentle hip release before Savasana. This class was previously streamed on June 24, 2021. Props Suggested: 1 block, 1 blanket.
