Welcome to week four of our five-week Pilates Fusion series that teaches skills and exercises to help you develop a solid foundation for your practice. This week’s class is a strong mat workout that builds on the foundations learned in week three. Continue to elevate your practice by adding exercises that focus on alignment as well as core and oblique strength. Key exercises include Mermaid Roll-Ups, Pike-to-Plank, Scissors, and a Plank series with a towel. This class was previously streamed on June 22, 2021.
