This Vinyasa class focuses on finding your personal edge to promote continuous growth in your practice while also preventing injury from pushing too far. Learn to use your breath through challenging poses like Revolved Warrior, Revolved Triangle, Pyramid Pose, Bridge, and Wheel Pose. Go only as far as you can enter and exit with control.
