Embrace the shake, feel the burn! This Barre class is all about feeling strong in your body. Begin with an affirmation you can return to when class heats up. Warm up with Marches then straight into arm work with light weights, Plies, and Ballet-inspired arm reaches. Challenge yourself with Planks and Mountain Climbers then ab work on a chair and in Table Top. This class is part of our Mind-Body Barre Sculpt Program. Props Required: a chair.
