Welcome to week three of our five-week Pilates Fusion series that teaches skills and exercises to help you develop a solid foundation for your practice. This week’s class is a strong mat workout that builds on the foundations learned in week two. Learn complex movements that require more work on balance and stamina. Key exercises include Roll-Ups, Pike-to-Plank, a side-lying glutes series, Side Plank, and a Push-Up and Plank series. This class was previously streamed on June 15, 2021.
