For those looking to dive deeper into your arm balance practice, this Vinyasa class will challenge the full range of your body with lots of deep folding and hamstring lengthening. Learn all of the component parts that make up a great arm balance practice from warm-up to cool-down. Peak poses include Side Plank Pose, Lizard Lunge, Extended Triangle, and Bridge Pose.
