This energizing Vinyasa class is designed to clear your mind by integrating breath and movement. Start with grounding postures and a Lunge flow series to warm up the body. Then, strengthen, stretch, and twist with Warrior III, Revolved Half Moon, and Revolved Low Lunge. End class with calming breathwork and Savasana. This class was previously streamed on June 9, 2021.
