This cardio class is designed to improve your speed, strength, and agility through five high-intensity plyometric circuits. Each circuit features a combination of exercises like Mountain Climbers, Jumps, and Lunges followed by a one-minute recovery break. Finish with a 90-second AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) Star Jacks and Knee-Tucks finale. As always, listen to your body and modify as needed. This class was previously streamed on June 9, 2021.
