Welcome to week two of our five-week Pilates Fusion series that teaches skills and exercises to help you develop a solid foundation for your practice. This week’s class is a strong mat workout that builds on the foundations learned in week one. Gain knowledge and confidence to advance your movements and pace. Key exercises include Roll-Ups, a side-lying glutes series, Roll-Ups and Roll-Downs, as well as a lunge and Plank series. This class was previously streamed on June 8, 2021. Props Required: A chair.
