For every action, there is a reaction. Be mindful of this relationship throughout practice to engage your body intentionally instead of overcompensating for areas that may lack strength. Start with Tree Pose, then follow a mild pace through Revolved Crescent, Revolved Figure Four Chair, Standing Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose, hip-openers, and backbends.
