This gentle flow welcomes beginner or seasoned yogis to explore the basics of Vinyasa yoga and the connection between our body and breath. Learn proper hand and foot placement and how to safely move in and out of foundational poses such as Standing Forward Fold, Chair, Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Down Dog, Tree, and Supine Twist. The sequence finishes with an emphasis on Savasana in order to grasp the importance of slowing down.
