Start with a Lunge standing series united with a dynamic flow of Fallen Triangle, Flip Dog, Star, and Extended Side Angle. Progress into Dancer, Crow, King Pigeon, and Wheel before finishing in prone Frog, Upward Plank, and Savasana.
