A Vinyasa that focuses on repetitive movements to stretch and strengthen the hips and pelvis. Begin in Tabletop, then flow through a sweaty sequence with lots of internal and external hips rotations. Peak poses include Flip Dog, Low Lunge, Warrior II, and Triangle. Note: NO Down Dogs in this practice. This class was previously streamed on May 20, 2021.
