Today is day 3 of Glo's 10 for 10 Meditation Challenge. This meditation uses Mindfulness, a technique for holding attention on an external object, to find stillness throughout the body. Learn to use the breath as an anchor for your attention and begin to relax and release with each exhale. This is the Turiya, meaning “the fourth” state of consciousness, where you can begin to experience the taste of freedom. This class was previously streamed on May 14, 2021. Props Suggested: a block or bolster.
