Yoga Sculpt with Weights - Preview

This flow combines bursts of cardio to increase the heart rate with resistance training to build strength and stamina. Warm up with core exercises on your back followed by brisk Sun Salutations, two series of weight training with dumbbells, and a final cool-down. This class was previously streamed on May 3, 2021.
