This Kundalini class thoroughly prepares the mind and body for deep meditation. Begin with a 10-minute warm-up in Down Dog, Cat/Cow, and Pigeon Pose to prime the body, then settle into a balancing 15-minute series of various breathing exercises including Breath of Light.
