A Kundalini class with breathwork, chanting, and kriyas for clarity of speech, mental focus, and releasing past stories that don’t serve you. Begin by warming up the spine, then practice kriyas that build energy in the navel center with Bicycles and disperse it throughout the body with Cat-Cow. End with a Savasana to absorb all your cultivated energy.
