This energizing hybrid class uses a combination Vinyasa Flow asanas and Kundalini breathwork to strengthen and stretch your body while clearing your mind. Begin with Bridge lifts, core exercises, and Ego Eradicator to build and expand your energy. Empower your heart by moving through Sun Salutations, Locust and Camel Pose before finishing class with hip-openers and breathwork to center your mind.
