This is a bodyweight EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout, a form of interval training that challenges you to complete a certain number of exercise reps within 60 seconds. Then, use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving on to the next set. Learn to connect with your body through a series of challenging cardio and bodyweight intervals to determine when you have reached your maximum effort.
