Spine & Back Conditioning - Preview

A slow flow to safely awaken and strengthen the spine and back. Begin with spinal extensions, then a series of poses that focus on compartmentalizing the spine from the tailbone to the skull, including Salabhasana or Locust, Anjaneyasana or Low Lunge, then modified Side Angle, and Gate pose.
