This is a slower paced flow that helps bring awareness to your breath, build strength, and discover what being grounded looks and feels like in your body and mind. Class begins with a root chakra exploration (located at the perineum) through pranayama breathing. Then proceed with slow, grounding poses to help cultivate balance with intention.
