Cardio-Ballet - Preview

Prepare to sweat it out in this fitness class with a classical ballet and barre twist. Strengthen inner thighs, calves, and glutes at the barre in-between bursts of cardio. We suggest modifying for anyone with issues with high-impact or jumping. This class was previously streamed on March 31, 2021. Props Required: Ballet barre or chair.
