Goddess Vinyasa: Durga - Preview

One of five Vinyasa classes in our Goddess series devoted to the Divine Feminine, an energy that taps into your deepest sense of intuition, creativity, and sensuality. This steady flow is dedicated to Durga, the goddess of power and strength. Move through a standing and seated series consisting of hip-opening poses, Warrior II, Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon, and Goddess pose to cultivate grounding strength.
