Vinyasa Mood-Booster - Preview

A Vinyasa class that uses breath and movement to stimulate energy throughout the body and boost your mood. Flow through a series of Sun Salutations, Warrior III, Crescent, Triangle Pose, and core exercises to lengthen and strengthen the entire body. Modifications offered throughout to cater to your level and optional headstand and calming poses at the end of class.
