Heart-Center Presence Kundalini - Preview

This Kundalini class focuses on moving through resistance by using breathwork, movement, and meditation to open the heart and activate energy throughout the body. Begin with Sun Salutations and Breath of Fire to clear the lungs. Then, three strong navel poses and squats to build heat. Finish with a heart-centered meditation to seal in your practice.
