This class is for anyone (especially beginners!) looking to amp up their workout routine with challenging high-intensity cardio intervals. Short bursts of cardio like Mountain Climbers raise the heart rate followed by a series of Squats, Lunges, and Push-Ups to strengthen and tone the body with optional added resistance.
