This is a quick warm-up to get you and your heart rate jumping as you follow along with or without a jump rope. The class alternates between one-minute bursts and 30 second recoveries incorporating a variety of Jumps and Kicks. Use this as a warm-up for your next workout or as THE workout. Props Suggested: 1 jump rope.
