This well-rounded workout combines bursts of high-intensity cardio with strength exercises followed by a 15-minute stretch recovery. Begin with a quick warm-up then hit it hard for 25 minutes with three rounds of HIIT exercises including Split Jumps, Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Squats, and High Knees followed by core work.
