This challenging fitness class uses a set of suggested 10 lb. weights and focuses on lower body strength and core stabilization. Challenge yourself with weighted series of Jumping Jacks, Lunges, and Leg Lifts, plus a heavy dose of ab work and a brief stretch. This class was previously streamed on January 14, 2021.
