A challenging core-focused Pilates series that builds a steady heat throughout the entire body with classic exercises like Roll-Overs, Scissors, Bears, and Pikes. Strengthen the upper body with Push-Ups and Planks, then lengthen the lower body with Leg Extensions, Leg Lifts, and Hip Twists while working the abs at all times.
