This class fuses the lengthening and strengthening of Pilates with a type of HIIT called Tabata, a four-minute workout consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. A fast-paced class loaded with lots of ab and plank work! This class is challenging but offers modifications throughout making it great for all levels.
