The slower pace of this class allows you to pay close attention to the transitions between poses. By practicing methodical movement, we build strength, awareness, and patience. Warm up with Surya Namaskara B, then weave in balancing poses like Warrior III, Ardha Chandrasana, Crow, and Handstand hops. Round out class with Pigeon, Seated Spinal Twist, and a final Savasana.
