This class incorporates a glutes series to sculpt the lower body, and a challenging arm series with optional hand weights to tone the triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Intermittent cardio bursts keep the heart rate up to boost metabolism. This class was previously streamed on January 18, 2021. Props Required: Barre, chair, or other surface, 1-2 lb. hand weights.
