Begin seated in Sukhasana with Hands on Heart, then Table Top and Cat-Cow to warm up the body for a moving meditation in Surya A. Add full Chaturanga and Chair pose with Eagle arms. Flow both sides through and wind down in Seated Straddle Forward Fold, Bridge and Full Wheel. Leave feeling challenged and rewarded for fitting it all in.
